What are the check-in and check-out times?

They will be indicated in the booking confirmation. Each hotel has its own regulations in this regard. However, as a general rule, check-in is from 14:00 hs and check-out is at 12:00 on the last day of the booking.

What does diet include?

Full pension. Includes accommodation and all meals: breakfast, lunch and dinner. As a general rule, drinks are not included.
Half pension. Includes accommodation, breakfast and lunch or dinner (In some hotels you can choose between lunch or dinner and others will require one of the two meals). As a general rule, drinks are not included.
Bed and Breakfast. Includes accommodation and breakfast.

What documents do I need to present at the hotel reception?
